Our Company was incorporated as "PDP Shipping & Projects Private Limited", a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 1, 2009, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on May 12, 2015, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 1, 2015, was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra recording the change in the name of our Company to ‘PDP Shipping & Projects Limited’. Thereafter, with effect from May 7, 2015.
