The Company was incorporated on 20th September, 1991 as a Public
Limited Company, under the Companies Act, 1956, with its
Registered Office at Cochin, in the State of Kerala. The
Certificate for Commencement of Business was obtained on 30th
September, 1991. The main objects of the company have been
mentioned below in this Prospectus. The Company is currently
setting up a 100% Export Oriented Spinning Unit with a capacity
of 26,208 spindles at Palakkad (Kerala) for the manufacture of
Medium/Fine counts, Combed/Gassed Yarn for Export market.

The Company has been promoted by GTN TEXTILES LIMITED and the
Project is being implemented in financial joint venture with M/s.
ITOCHU CORPORATION, JAPAN and KERALA STATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION LIMITED, TRIVANDRUM.

The Company does not have any Subsidiary.

GTN Textiles Limited is the Flagship Export Oriented Company of
the PATODIA-GTN Group. The Group functions under the guidance
of Shri M.L.Patodia, Shri B.K.Patodia and Shri M.K.Patodia. The
Group was originally engaged in the trading of all types of yarns
as well as textiles and cotton.

2003-The Stock Exchange - Ahmedabad (ASE) has conveyed their approval of
delisting of equity shares of the Company from their Exchange.

2004

-Patspin India Ltd gets award for industrial safety instituted by National Safety Council,
Kerala Chapter, in other industries category

-Delists shares from the Exchange - Ahmedabad, the Stock Exchange - Hyderabad

2008

-Company has created a seperate Email Id for the Investor Grievance Redressal
Division for the purpose of registering complaints by the investors i.e, patspin.com or patspindia.com.

2018

-Gold Trophy for Special Achievement in Yarn 2017-18

2019

-Silver Trophy for the Second highest export performance in Cotton Yarn Counts 51s & above under Category II

2021

-Silver Trophy for the Second highest export performance in Cotton Yarn Counts 51s & above under Category II
