2003
-Board approves takeover of Parsoli UK.
2004
- Indian finance firm Parsoli Corporation had launched the country's first Islamic mutual fund, with obeying the rules of Islamic Sharia law which prohibits earnings from interest.
2007
- In one of the most comprehensive surveys covering the world of Islamic banking and finance, India's Parsoli Corporation had been considered as the 'Best Islamic Brokerage Company' for 2007.
