Our Company was incorporated in New Delhi as ÂPark Medi World Private Limited as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 20, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi (ÂRoCÂ). Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company has been changed to our present name, ÂPark Medi World LimitedÂ, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on November 15, 2024 and by our Shareholders on November 18, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 20, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

 Our Subsidiary, Park Medicity India Private Limited acquired Narsingh Hospital & Heart Institute Private Limited.
