PARENTERALS DRUGS (INDIA) LIMITED was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on December 13, 1983 and was converted into a Private Limited Company by a special resolution passed in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 1994 and certificate of change of name was then obtained from the Registrar of companies, Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior on March 25, 1994.

PDIL established its First Unit to manufacture I.V. fluids in Polypropylene containers with a capacity of 18 lac bottles per annum in the year 1986.

2003
-Parenteral Drug Board approves Delisting of shares from MP, Ahmedabad and Madras Stock Exchanges

2004

-Develops self-administering dialysis kit which reduces the cost of kidney failure treatment

-PDPL sets up second sales unit in Kerala

2007

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

2008

-Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has appointed Shri Anil Mittal as additional Director as well as whole time Director, subject to the approval of the members at the annual general meeting of the Company.

2010

- Parenteral Drugs India Ltd (PDIL) has entered into an exclusive license, supply and distribution agreement with M/s. Sinovac Biotech Co. Limited, China, through its subsidiary M/s Parenteral Biotech Ltd, in order to purchase and supply of HIN1 Influenza Vaccine (Split Virion) and Inactivated (PANFLU,1) for supply of the said products in the Indian market on an exclusive basis.

-Parenteral Drugs (India) Ltd has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:3

2013

- Mr. Yogesh Khakre has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

2014

-Punjab Formulations Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary Company has merged with Goa Formulations Limited.

-Goa Formulations Limited has been changed from "Goa Formulations Limited" to "Infutec Healthcare Limited" w.e.f. October 31, 2014.

2015
-Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has commenced its production at the relocated plant situated at Village Panwa, Tehsil Kasrawad, District Khargone, Madhya Pradesh
