HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
M/s. Paras Petrofils Ltd. incorporated on 20th March 1991, as a public limited company. The Company has obtained "Certificate for commencement of Business" on the 27.3.91 and thereafter started its trading activities in Arts silk fabrics in which the Company was purchasing Grey fabrics from the market and selling it after processing the same from various process mills. The Company has stopped its trading activities w.e.f. 1.04.94 and engaged in the implementation of the project. The company is promoted by "Paras Group", Surat for setting up a plant to manufacture partially oriented Polyester filament yarn (POPFY) with an aggregate capacity of 5740 TPA. The Paras Group is engaged in the manufacture/processing and sale of synthetic fabrics like Sarees, Dress Materials and also texturising of yarn.
2005 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

- Paras Petrofils Limited has appointed Mr. Rajendra Parekh (FCS) Membership NO F9805 as a whole time Company Secretary in our Company from 1st, December 2007 as per the provisions of Sec 383 A of the Companies Act, 1956. -Paras Petrofils Ltd has appointed Mr. Ashok Raghubirsingh Jain as Managing Director in the Company and Mr. Jivabhai Patel who is another director in the Board is serving as Chairman of the Board.
