Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on September 09, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to A and M Jumbo Bags Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of company to Public Limited dated September 25, 2017 was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
