Mandsaur Ferro Alloys Limited was incorporated as a private limited company on 31.1.89. It was converted into a public limited company on 26.8.91. The registered office of the company is situated at 1, Steel Nagar, Mhow Neemuch Road, Mandasaur 458 001, MP. The company has been promoted by Mr S L Jain and Mr N D Parekh.

The immediate object of the company is to set up project to manufacture High Carbon Ferro Chrome and Ferro Silico Manganese with an installed capacity of 6000 MT per annum.

The company does not have any subsidiaires.

Mr S L Jain has about 16 years experience in the steel industry and is the President of Madhya Pradesh Induction Furnace Association & guardian of Industries Association, Mandsaur.
