The company was incorporated as a private limited company on December 21, 1983 as Panjon Private Limited and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on November 7th 1992.
The company is promoted by Shri Nagin Kothari and Manoj Kothari.
The company was initially engaged in trading activities and commenced commercial production on March 29, 1990. Its product range includes popular brands like PANJON Allopathic tablets; SWAD digestive range comprising of SWAD Digestive Drops, SWAD AWLA and SWAD KHAJOOR digestive crystals; PERCY CANDY - a confectionary product; PERCY SIP - a sugar mixed soft drink liquid concentrate; KERY COUGH DROPS - cough drops and PURTI TAZAGI MASALA - a mouth freshener.
Thecompany now plans a major expansion and upgradation of manufacturing facilities.
