2005

- Board of the company had forfeited 19.68 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, paid-up value Rs 5 each

- Board of directors of the company had re-issued 19.68 lakh forfeited equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 10 per share to the selected persons as approved by the members at the extra ordinary general meeting of the company held on 25th June 2005.

- Sandeep Seth & Co., chartered accountants were appointed as the new statutory auditors of the company in place of Lalit Dangi & Co.
