Osian LPG Bottling Ltd. was incorporated in the State of Gujarat on 9th May, 1994 as a Private Limited Company and later on converted into Public Limited Company under the name and style of Osian LPG Bottling Ltd. The fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued on 2nd May, 1995 from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Company is carrying on the business of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG). The Company is promoted by Mr. Vinodbhai Patel, Mr.Harshadbhai Patel and Mr.Poonambhai Patel. The Company has originally taken over the running business of M/s. Shreeji Corporation which was partnership concern
established by the same promoters. The Company's present bottling plant of LPG Cylinders is located at Narsanda, Near Anand in Kheda District. The filling capacity of the existing plant is 6540 TPA. The Company has plans to put up another bottling plant for filling of LPG Cylinders at Village Tranja which is 42 kms. away from Anand and the capacity envisaged for this new plant is 25813 TPA.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Company has taken over the firm M/s. Shreeji Corporation at Book Value on 23-5-95, which was promoted by the same promoters and was engaged in the business of bottling of LPG cylinders at Narsanda, Near Anand, with an installed capacity of 6540 TPA.

THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE COMPANY

The main object of the Company, which is produced below, enables the Company to carry on present as well as proposed activities.
'To carry on the business as manufacturers, manufacturers' epresentatives, dealers, distributors, agents, exporters and importers and bottlers of all kinds gas, bottles and cylinders and accessories thereof.'

The Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company enables the Company to undertake the activities for which the funds are being raised for the present issue and also the activities which the Company has been carrying on till date.

SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY

The company has no subsidiaries at present.
