Noida Medicare Centre Limited was incorporated on 7th June, 1988 as a private limited company and was subequently converted into public limited company on 30th Septemebr 1989 as a multi speciality hospital with 68 beds capacity with facilities like, whole body CT scan (SIMENS), Ultra Sound with Echo Cadiography and Doppler etc. The hospital offers several medical facilities under one roof which are available to the public at affordable cost. The hospital being located at Noida, the satelite township of Delhi has further added to its popularity. The management of NMC recognised the tremendous scope for expansion and installation of additional diagnostic and therapeutic equipment which would ensure the best possible facilities for patients while also yielding monetary benefits to the hospital.
The said hospital project is promoted by Group of professionals. The main promoters of the company are Dr.(Maj.) Naveen Chaudhri, Mr K S Bhutoria and Mr Y I P Sehgal.
Dr Naveen Chaudhri, MBBS, MD, worked as a Consultant Physician for 2 years and served in the Indian Army as Medical Officer for 8 years. He had attended various seminars and courses during his MD course. He has travelled extensively to various foreign countries to attend medical fares and conferences to up-keep latest knowledge and techniques in medical profession for best medical health care.

Mr K S Bhutoria, Chartered Accountant, is an expert in financial and management consultancy and was associated with various organisations in providing gamut of professional services to various industrial houses in the field of MIS, Financial Planning, Budgetary Controls and Commercial Laws.

Mr YIP Sehgal is BE (Mech.), MBA, MIE, is running an engineering industry and engaged in the field of consultancy and turn key projects of all kinds of pumping application viz. for water supply, irrigation, sewage disposal schemes, power stations, thermal and hydel petrochemicals and fertiliser plant applications. At present he is Managing Director of International Pumps and Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd., which is presently engaged in marketing, consultancy and turnkey project of all kinds of pumping application and offer services from the smallest control panel for a single pumpset to erection and commissioning of a substation job involving transformers, HT & LT panels and coordinating system. The turnover of the Company is Rs 365 lacs and profits is Rs 31.5 lacs for the year 1990-91.
