Our Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name “Nikita Papers Private Limited” pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 18, 1989 issued by the RoC in accordance with provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Pursuant to conversion of the company from private to public, under section 43A(1A) of the Companies Act 1956, the name of our Company was changed from “Nikita Papers Private Limited”to “Nikita Papers Limited”by deleting the word Private, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued on June 12, 2003.

KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:

1989

- Incorporated as a Private Limited Company

1992

- Establishment of Unit in Shamli (U.P) for Kraft paper production with a capacity of 30 Tons/Day

2003

- Converted into a Public Limited Company

2013

- Transition from Agro pulping to recycle pulping

2014

- Conversion of the entire campus to zero liquid discharge

2016

- Installation of a state-of-the-art 2.5 MW Thermal Power Plant

2018

- Conversion of the power plant from coal to biomass fuel

2021

- Installation of a cutting-edge paper machine with a capacity of 85,000 MT

- Installation of a 1.5 MW Thermal Power Plant

2023

- Transition of 50% of fuel usage from biomass to RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel)

2025

-The Company name has changed from Nikita Papers Ltd. to Nikita Greentech Recycling Ltd. 

-The Company has signed MoU with Government of Uttar Pradesh for establishment of Power Plant and Paper Machinery Project.
