1955 - Nagreeka Group was incorporated in 1955, by Mr. I. L. Patwari. Further, the group introduced it's another division Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Ltd. to look after the investment and reality development wing.
1994 - The company was incorporated on 31st October 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956 as Nagreeka Securities Ltd.
2001 - Name of the company was changed to Nagreeka Software Technologies Limited which was affected from 19th September, 2001
2006 - Name of company had been again changed from Nagreeka Software Technologies Ltd. to Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Ltd. with effect from 12th July 2006 through the fresh Certificate of Incorporation.
2007 - Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure had planned to invest in real estate and infrastructure projects, private equity funds, select stocks and REIT funds.
- On 18th September 2007, stock of Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Ltd listed on the BSE at a premium of 20% against the offer price of Rs 95 at Rs 114.
2010
- Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Ltd has appointed Mr. Sushil Patwari as Chairman of the Board, in the Board meeting held on August 11, 2010.
2014
-Ms. Surabhi Sanganeria, has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
