PEARL ELECTRONICS LIMITED was incorporated on 30th August, 2011 under the
Companies Act, 1956 as Pearl Electronics Limited.
Pursuant to the order of the High Court dated 09th October 2012 the Company consequent
upon Scheme of Arrangement (hereinafter referred to as Âthis SchemeÂ) presented under
Sections 391 to 394 read with Sections 78 and 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 and
transferred to a on going concern basis the following Divisions (ÂDemerged Division as defined later in this Scheme) of Nouveau Global Ventures Limited
Electronic Division into Pearl Electronics Limited
The Company is engaged in the trading of Electronics goods/products.
2013
- Pearl Electronics Ltd has appointed Ms. Priya D. Porwal as a Company Secretary of the Company.
2014
- Pearl Electronics Ltd has splited the nominal value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares having nominal value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each fully paid-up.
-Pearl Electronics has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 1/-
