Milton Plastics Ltd was registered under Part IX of the Act in May 1992 by taking over the assets and liabilities of the erstwhile partnership firm M/s Milton Plastics. The partnership firm was established in 1972 and has since been in the business of manufacturing moulded plastic items. The Company is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing units at Pune and Silvassa that have been awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 certification for successful implementation of Quality Management Systems. Since its inception in 1972 as a small unit producing plastic items like tumblers, mugs, boxes, cases and undertaking small labor jobs; Milton has got to the Numero Uno position, thanks to millions of satisfied customers. Historically, Milton was the first to launch the Thermoware range in India, by developing its own technology and technical know-how and pioneered the Thermoware segment. Furthermore, Milton's incessant commitment to research and innovation, continues to add new products in their existing product-line. Today 'Milton' is a trusted brand amongst the consumers overtly synonymous with good quality.

-Approved the proposal of shifting of Registered Office of the Company and to obtain the approval of the shareholders.

2014

- Shifted the address of the Registered office of the Company at Ashish Warehouse Corporation,Punjab Foundry Industrial Estate, Kashimira, Mira Bhayander Road, Near Classic Studio, Mira Road (East), Dist. Thane, Pin - 401104
-Company has changed its name from Milton Plastics Ltd to MPL Plastics Ltd.
