Mother Mira Finance and Investments Ltd. was incorporated
on 31st January, 1994 with the Registrar of companies,
Tamil Nadu at Madras and obtained the certificate of
commencement of business on 24/02/94.

Mother Mira Finance and Investments Ltd. is a Non-banking
Financial Services Company in the private sector. It is at
present engaged in the business of Hire Purchase, Lease
Financing and Bills Discounting.

The company with its existing capital base of Rs. 219 lakhs
could mobilise in a short span or 9 months fixed deposits
from the public to the extent of Rs. 64 lakhs. Though the
company is new, the group companies namely, Mohan Breweries
& Distilleries Ltd. and Thirumagal Mills Ltd. are well
established in business and as such it would derive
benefits from the business contacts established by these
companies.

PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY

The company with a paid up capital of Rs. 219 lakhs and a
deposit base of Rs. 64 lakhs is at present actively engaged
in the business of Hire Purchase, Leasing and Bill
discounting.
