Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂMopshop Distribution Private Limited as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (Rule 18 of the Companies Act, 2013), pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated 6th June, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Consequently, the company was converted to a public company and the name of the Company was changed to ÂMopshop Distribution Limited vide certificate of incorporation dated 15th July, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
