Our Company was incorporated as ÂWhizdm Innovations Private Limited on August 11, 2014, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore (ÂRoCÂ). Pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on May 14, 2025, a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on May 15, 2025 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 22, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (ÂRoC, CPCÂ), the name of our Company was changed to ÂMoneyview Private LimitedÂ. Upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders, each on May 30, 2025 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 10, 2025 issued by the RoC, CPC, the name of our Company was changed to ÂMoneyview LimitedÂ.
