The company was incorporated on 1st March 1980. The main object of the company is to manufacture widely used air conditioners, water coolers, deep freezers, water pumps, washing machines etc.

The company has launched an expansion & diversification plan to manufacture rotary hermetic compressors ranging 5 tons in collaboration with Fedders Corporation of U S A . Rotary Hermetic Compressors adopt state of the art technology and are more efficient than the convertion of reciprocating compressors in terms of compact size, light weight , quite operation 10W power consumption and better reliability. These compressors have various usages from room air conditioners and commercial refrigeration to marine military and transport air conditioning. Rotary compressors are gaining popularity and wider
acceptability all over the world.
