Mehta Securities Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was carrying business under the name and style
of M/s. Mehta Securities with its principal place of
business at Ahmedabad. For the sake of smooth working,
better and efficient management and improvement and
advancement of business, the said joint stock company has
been converted and incorporated under section 566 of the
Companies Act, 1956 as Mehta Securities Pvt. Ltd. and was
converted into Deemed Public Limited on 10-08-1994. By way
of passing special resolution at E.G.M. of the Company held
on 17th August, 1994, the Company was converted into Public
Limited.

The Company has made investments before the formalisation
of the Screen Base Trading conducted by the National Stock
Exchange and OTCEI. The Company's shares are totally held
by the promoting Company Mehta Integrated Finance Limited
and its promoters.

The present business of the Company is formalisation of the
National Stock Exchange trading, OTCEI operations, Stock
Broking Capitalisation, Bought out Deals and Market Making.
