Maharashtra Polybutenes Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was incorporated on 23rd September, 1988 under the Companies Act, 1956 at Bombay and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 21st November, 1988. The Company has set up a new industrial undertaking for the manufacture of 5000 tpa of polybutenes (PBS) at MIDC Estate, Trans-Thane |Creek Industrial Area, Thane, Maharashtra.

The Company has been promoted by Maharashtra Petrochemcials Corporation Limited (MPCL) and Herdillia Chemicals Limited (HCL) in technical collaboration with Fina Technology Inc., USA (FTI).

HCL, an existing, profitable, dividend paying Company, is a professionally managed company with Shri G.P.Goenka as its Chairman and Shri S.C.Agerwala as its Managing Director. Hercules Inc., USA is the technical and financial collaborator of HCL. HCL has been consistently profitable in the past. It is a market leader in the production of phenol and a major producer of acetone and cumene.

2009

- Maharashtra Polybutenes Board recommended Dividend of 5% on 1,55,90,457 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2009.

2010


-Maharashtra Polybutenes Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share for the financial year 2009-2010

2011

- Board Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share i.e. 5 % on paid up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial year 2010-2011.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

2012

- Ms. Neema Tiwari has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. May 15, 2012 and Ms. Neema Tiwari Appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company.

2013
-Ms. Sakina Dickenwala has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company.
