1992 - The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 31st January in the name of Magnum Fincap Ltd to provide software and share transfer services.
1994 - The company was converted into a public limited company on 6th May.
2000 - Name of the company was changed from Magnum Fincap Ltd. to Magnum Ltd. on 2nd January.
2005
-Magnum Steel to set up Rs 212-cr greenfield plant in Chhattisgarh.
2006 - Shares of the company had been de-listed from the Ahmedabad stock exchange (ASEL) from 22nd December 2006.
- Board of directors of the company on a meeting held on 3rd October had appointed Dr. Nagesh Bhandari, Shri. Shailesh Bhandari and Shri. Avinash Bhandari as directors of the company.
- On the same meeting the company had changed its registered office address.
2007 - The company diversified its role into registrar to issues and also act as share transfer agent.
- Mr. Gitesh K Shah was re-appointed as director of the company.
- Mr. Shailesh Bhandari, Mr. Avinash Bhandari and Mr. Nagesh Bhandari, who were additional directors up to 15th annual general meeting, were appointed as directors of the company.
2011
- Mr. Dineshkumar Sharma has been appointed as Additional Director of the company.
