Machino Plastics Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was incorporated on 2nd April 1986.The Company has been promoted by Mr.M.D.Jindal and his associates, Maruti Udyog Ltd. and Suzuki Motor Co, Japan, under a joint venture agreement with financial and management participation.

The Company had commenced full scale production in January 1988 and has been supplying components for all models of the product range of Maruti Udyog Ltd.

Maruti vehicles fitted with the Company's components are now exported by Maruti Udyog Ltd.

The Company's newly installed injection moulding machine started commercial production from December, 1990.

2000

-The Company has appointed `Alankit Assignments Limited', as its registrar and transfer agent for dematerialisation purpose.

2004

-Machino Plastics has recommended dividend @ 20%

2005

-Machino Plastics has recommended dividend @ 20%

2006
