Incorporated on 30th November, 1995 Maloo Polymers Limited, a public limited
company, was listed on Ahmedabad Stock Exchange in the year 1997. In the year 2008-
09 the Company was taken over by Mr. Dipan Patwa and Mr. Manish Janani.
Subsequently the name of the company was also changed to MALOO GEMS &
JEWELLERY Ltd. on 12th January 2010. The name of the company was further changed to
Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Limited on 07-03-2012. The company is now in the business of
diamond manufacturing, trading, imports and exports.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Maloo Polymers Ltd. to Maloo Gems & Jewellery Ltd.

2012

-Company has changed its name from Maloo Gems & Jewellery Ltd. to Lypsa Gems & Jewellery Ltd.

2013

-Company has recommended Dividend of Rs. 0.50 paise per Share on Face Value Rs. 10/- on Equity Share Capital.

2014

-Company has been issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2.
-"Lypsa Gems and Jewellery Ltd launches E-Commerce B2B Platform called sorteddiamonds.com"

2016
- Bagged New Order from UAE Customers for supply of diamonds and diamond-studded Jewellery Order worth Rs. 325 Million
- Ties up with Jewelsouk.com - an arm of Gitanjali Group To sell 'Lypsa Atelier' branded diamond jewellery


2017

-Lypsa has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:5.
