Our Company was incorporated as LEAP India Private Limited as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 3, 2013, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a Board resolution dated June 27, 2025, and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 17, 2025, and consequently the name of our Company was changed to LEAP India Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
