The Company was originally incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a private limited Company on 24th September 1996 as Kriti Sadev Private Limited. The Company subsequently changed its name from Kriti Sadev Private Limited to Kriti Nutrients Private Limited with effect from 28th February 2007 on receipt of fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company further converted into public limited company w.e.f. 12.06.2007.

The company comprises state-of-the-art manufacturing units in Dewas (Madhya Pradesh): a solvent extraction plant (SEP) with a capacity of 700 tonnes per day of soya seed crushing; a refinery (soya) of 225 tonnes per day. The manufacturing complex comprises plants for solvent extraction, vegetable oil refining, water purification, lecithin manufacture, effluent treatment and packaging. These facilities have been marked by cutting-edge technology, stringent norms and advanced quality systems, translating into a large volume of quality products.
