Founded in 1985, Kiduja India Limited (Kiduja) is an India-focused investments company specialising in equity markets. Kiduja is a Non-Banking Finance Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: KIDUJA).
1986 - Company was incorporated.
2006 - On 31st March Mr. Ashish D Jaipuria was appointed as the managing director for a period of five years and Smt. Kirti D Jaipuria was reappointed as director of the Company.
- Further, Smt. Kirti D Jaipuria, was appointed as a whole-time director for a period of five years on remuneration.
2007 - Kiduja India Ltd had decided to shift its Registered Office from '113-C, Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, Mumbai' to '127-B, Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, Mumbai' with effect from August 31, 2007.
- On 29th September, Kiduja Industries Ltd. changed its name to Kiduja India Ltd.
- Board of the company decided to enhance the borrowing power of the company to Rs 1000 Crores according to the section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956.
- Members of the 21st annual general meeting had approved and adopted the annual accounts of the company for the year ended 31st March 2007.
2008
-Company has changed its name from Kiduja Industries Ltd. to Kiduja India Ltd.
2025
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1
