The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated February 3, 2009 with the name Kaarya Facilities and Services Private Limited. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 31, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to Kaarya Facilities and Services Limited‘ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on August 14, 2017. The corporate identification number is U93090MH2009PLC190063.

2009

- Incorporation of the Company.

- Developed in-house payroll processing software viz. eVetan.

2010

- Achieved Turnover of Rs.100+ lakhs.

2011

- Entered into residential property management services segment as well as technical services.

2012

- Secured debt funding of Rs.200 lakhs.

2013

- The Company was awarded Facilities Management Leadership Award for Service Excellence by FM Worldwide at the 44th Business Networking & Leadership Awards Summit, 2013.

2017

- Achieved Turnover of Rs.1,000+ lakhs.

- Conversion of the Company into Public Limited from Private Limited.

2022

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
