K.Z. LEASING & FINANCE LIMITED is Existing, Profit Making and Dividend paying company. It was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 7th August 1986 under the companies Act, 1956 and then after it has been converted into Public Limited Company on 19th July 1991. The main object behind the establishment of the Company is to provide finance by way of lease and Hire Purchase towards machineries, Trucks, Vehicles etc.

The Company's Business is established in Gujarat through its Branches of Vijapur, Visnagr, Mehsana, Surat.

The Company is Presently engaged in Leasing, Hire Purchase activities in Gujarat and propose to expand its activities in Leasing, Hire purchase, Bills Discounting, Investment & Trading Services, Consultancy services.
