Kuberkamal Industrial Investments Limited was incorporated on January 13 , 1981. It is Registered with the Reserve Bank of India as Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The Company is having a Certificate of Registration issued by the Reserve Bank of India under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The Company is classified as Loan and Investment Company.( Non - Accepting Deposits).
The Company Carries the business of an Investment Company i.e. to buy, underwrite, invest in, acquire and hold shares, stock, debentures, bonds, obligations and securities. The Company also finances industrial enterprises i.e; to lend and advance funds to Entrepreneurs, Promoters and Industrial concerns etc.
2014 -K K Fincorp has announces Bonus in the Ratio of 3 : 1
2015 -The name of the company changed from Kuberkamal Industrial Investments Ltd. to K K Fincorp Ltd.
