Jumbo Bag Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 29th Nov 1990. It was later converted into a Public Limited Company on 24th Oct. 1991. The company is setting up a 100% Export Oriented Unit for manufacture of flexible bulk packagings made of synthetic fabrics.
The company has been promoted by G. Sudhakar, G P N Gupta, G V Chalapathi, G Muralidhar and G Radhakrishna. The company has no subsidiaries.
-2002-Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that Sri S Nandangopal, Director/Chairman of the company has resigned wef September 20, 2002 and Sri N D Prabhu Additional Director was elected as Chairman of the company wef September 25, 2002.
2007
-Jumbo Bag Ltd has appointed Sri. G S Anil Kumar and Sri. G P Ramraj as an Additional Directors (Whole Time) of the Company with effect from October 22, 2007.
2010 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From No.46 Halls Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 To:"S.K. ENCLAVE", New No.4 (Old No. 47), Nowvoji Road, Chetpet, Chennai - 600 031.
2024 -The company has entered in to an agreement in M/s. Rudraansh Powers Private Limited for acquisition of 6300 shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to 6.3% of the share capital.
