The Company was originally incorporated on July 7, 2003 as a private limited company as “Shri Raj Manufacturing and Projects Private Limited” vide Registration No. 015940 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. The name of our Company was changed from “Shri Raj Manufacturing and Projects Private Limited” to “Jayant Infratech Private Limited” vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 01, 2008, Consequent upon Change of Name pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 26, 2007. Further our company converted into Public limited Company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General meeting held on February 28, 2022 and the name of the company was changed to “Jayant Infratech Limited” vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon  conversion of Company to Public Limited dated March 29, 2022 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh being Corporate Identification Number U35202CT2003PLC015940.
