Jainex Aamcol Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The company was incorporated in 1948. It manufactures gear hobs and cutters, hacksaw blades and industrial knives. It has not been showing good results since 1991-92 due to the go slow attitude of the workers. It is expected to put up good show in view of the fact that the capital goods industry is coming out of recession.

The company was referred to Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) as a sick company in 1994.

In 1997, the accumulated losses were Rs 49.38 lakhs as against aggregate of paid up capital & free reserves of Rs 109.85 lakhs thus making the net worth of the company to Rs 60.47 lakhs positive. The company is trying to comoe out of the BIFR net on this point.

-Company has changed its name from Aamcol Tools Ltd. to Jainex Aamcol Ltd.

2010
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to 405 & 406, Sharda Chambers,15, Sir Vitthaldas Thackersey Marg, New Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400020.
