Jainco Projects (India) Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was originally incorporated on 30th October, 1991 under the name of Jainco Construction Company Private Limited with the main objective of, interalia, carrying on the business of construction, housing and investment in shares and securities.

In February, 1994 the Company envisaged the idea of expansion of present business and diversifying into the areas of Finance, leasing & financial Services and accordingly the name of the Company was changed to Jainco Projects (India) Private Limited on 2nd March, 1994 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name was obtained.

Thereafter subsequently the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 25.03.1994 was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Calcutta. Since then the Company has planned to expand its present activities of construction and investment in Shares and Securities diversifying into the areas of leasing and financial services. The Board of the Company has broad based inducting finance and construction related professionals.

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 22/4, Nakuleshwar Bhattacharjee Lane, Kolkata - 700026 To 1st floor, 7A, Belatala Road, Kolkata - 700026, West Bengal, India, LANDMARK; Near Bownipore Police, Metro Link: Jatin Das Park Station.

2013

- Shri Sushil Kumar Bhansali has been appointed as Non-executive /Non-independent director of the Company.

2014

-Company has incorporated a Wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of Jainco Finance & Investment Limited having its registered office at Kolkata with a view to explore and expand business opportunities.
