-The Company signed one of India's First IPTV Deals with India's leading Broadcasting Network 'Star TV' on October 25, 2006. All subscribers of the Company and those subscribing to the MTNL IPTV Service, will be able to Enjoy Several Premium Broadcasting Channels from the 'STAR' Channel Bouquet.

2007

-IOL Broadband ties up with BSNL

-IOL Broadband ties-up with BBC for IPTV.

2008

-Members of are hereby informed that the name of IOL Broadband Limited shall be changed to IOL Netcom Limited and the trading symbol of the Company be changed from IOLB to IOLN w.e.f. February 18, 2008.

- Iol Netcom Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008 has appointed Mr. Rahul Dubey as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

2009

- Iol Netcom Limited has appointed Mr. Hemant Kumar R. Thakur as an Additional Director of the Company through resolution passed through circulation. He shall be an Independent Non-Executive Director.
