-Interlink Petroleum members approve delisting of equity shares from 3 Stock Exchanges, namely Vadodara and/or Ahmedabad and/or Delhi Stock Exchanges.

2008

-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 203, Yashwardhan Flats, Opp: Radha Krishna Park Society, Akota, Baroda - 390 020 to 1-B, Sarabhai Colony, Near T B Hospital, Gotri Road, Baroda -390 021.

-The Board of directors appointed Mr. Bikas Chandra Bora, as the Chairman of the Company

2010

-The Company declares Oil Discovery in its recently-drilled Baola-8 well.

2011

-Testing of well No. 2 in the Modhera field.

2012

-The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Vijay Misra, as the Chairman of the Company.
