Integrated Thermoplastic Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

Incorporated in the State of Andhra Pradesh as TORRENT THERMO-PLASTICS LIMITED on 25th January, 1994 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and
thereafter converted into a Public Limited Company on 26th May, 1994 in terms of the special resolution dated 28.01.94 under Section 31(1)144 of the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the company was changed to INTEGRATED THERMOPLASTICS LIMITED as per fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 5th August, 1994.

The company has been formed with the object of manufacturing and dealing in thermoplastics and allied products.

The company has been promoted by Mr.Simon Joseph and Mr.S.V.Raghu. The promoters have experience in the manufacture and marketing of thermoplastic and allied products. Having observed the growing potential for thermoplastic pipes of different compositions and for
different applications, they decided to promote this company to manufacture and market HDPE, PP, PVC and CPVC pipes.

The company has entered into a technical collaboration with TRANSUPREME PLASTICS INTERNATIONAL (TPI), agents of the plastic multinational BF GOODRICH INC., USA.

As per the agreement, TPI shall provide technical knowbow and CPVC resins for the manufacture of CPVC pipes, to be introduced in India for the first time. TPI, who have agreed to participate in the equity of 1TL to the tune of Rs. 20 lacs and have also nominated their Managing Director Shri Celestine Vettical to the Board of ITL, shall buy back 50% of ITL's total production.
