Innovative Tech Pack Ltd was incorporated on 26th April 1989. It received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 14th November 1990. The Company is in the process of setting up a project for manufacturing of PVC Injection Stretch Blow Moulded Bottles/Jars and pilfer proof caps at Roz-Ka-Meo Industrial Area, a C backward area at Sohna, Distt. Gurgaon, Haryana. Thee products are used for packaging of various food products such as fruit juices, mineral water, carbonated drinks, edible oils, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics etc. The Company was promoted by Mr K Sayaji Rao and Mr Sudhir Chandra, their friends and relatives.

2011
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

2013
-Innovative Tech Pack commenced commercial production of the newly installed manufacturing unit at Guwahati.

2016
-Innovative Tech inaugurates new manufacturing facility in HP-

2017

-Innovative Tech Pack has acquired Juniper Polymer Industries LLP having its Manufacturing facilities at Vadodara in Gujarat.
