2006 - On 24th July 2006, board of directors of Innocorp Ltd. had decided to acquire M/s. Gem Cables & Conductors Ltd as its subsidiary by taking over equity shares of the promoters and their associates through swap ratio of equity shares to be decided by the both companies.
- Name of the company was changed from Innosoft Technologies Ltd to Innocorp Ltd.
2007 - Shri. M V S Brinchi was appointed as a director of the company.
- Mrs. Lakshmi VVV Garapati was appointed as the whole time director of the company.
