with Frankfurt-based Aventeon to develop Divafone (Digital Value Added Phone)
tool, a value added service for cellular operators in Europe using WAP protocol.

Following are the Directors appointed at the AGM held on March 21, 2002:1. Mr R K Mehta.2. Mr Abdul Hafeez Abbasi.3. B A Kishore.4. S Ravi Shankar.The Company has appointed Mr Abdul Hafeez Abbasi as Managing Director of the Company.Further the Company has informed that it has withdrawn the resolution passed in the 4th AGM to increase the Authorised Share Capital from Rs 100 million to Rs 150 million.
