Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public limited company pursuant to which the name of the Company was changed to “Husys Consulting Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 06, 2015. the Company got listed on Emerge ITP Platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on August 21, 2015. Further, the Company has made an application for delisting from on Emerge Institutional Trading Platform of NSE vide letter dated April 25, 2016.
