Our Company was incorporated as ‘JEM Cements Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 at Bengaluru, Karnataka and a certificate of incorporation dated September 22, 2009, was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru (“RoC Bengaluru”). The name of our Company was changed to ‘Embassy-Maini Logistics Bangalore Private Limited’ pursuant to the Board resolution dated September 22, 2011, and the special resolution passed by the Shareholders dated November 2, 2011 on account of logistics business being identified as one of the main objects of our Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 22, 2011 was issued by the RoC Bengaluru. Subsequently, the name of our Company was further changed to ‘Embassy Industrial Parks Private Limited’ pursuant to the Board resolution dated October 21, 2014 and a special resolution passed by the Shareholders dated December 8, 2014 on account of the erstwhile shareholder of our Company, namely, Maini group having reduced its shareholding in our Company and in order to pursue new strategy for our Company, a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 19, 2015 was issued by the RoC Bengaluru. Furthermore, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Horizon Industrial Parks Private Limited’ pursuant to a Board resolution dated September 10, 2021 and special resolution passed by the Shareholders dated October 14, 2021 on account of expansion of its footprint in the warehousing business and the new name resonating with the new identity and vision of our Company, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 2, 2021 was issued by the RoC Bengaluru. Subsequently our registered office was shifted from the state of Karnataka to the state of Maharashtra pursuant to the Board resolution dated September 30, 2021, and the special resolution passed by our Shareholders on October 14, 2021 for operational and administrative convenience and a certificate of registration dated July 12, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Pune authorising the change in the registered office from the state of Karnataka to the state of Maharashtra outside the jurisdiction of existing RoC Bengaluru to the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Our Company was subsequently converted into a public limited company pursuant to the Board resolution dated June 25, 2025, and the special resolution passed by our Shareholders on June 30, 2025 and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Horizon Industrial Parks Limited’. A certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public company dated July 28, 2025, was accordingly issued by the Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

2022

- Acquisition of 100% stake in Vertical Logistic Park LLP, expanding our presence in NCR.

- Acquisition of 65% stake on fully diluted basis in Vidarbha Cargo Private Limited, marking our presence in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

2024

- Acquisition of 100% stake in Panvel Warehousing Private Limited expanding our presence in Chakan, Pune.

2025

- Acquisition by our Company of 100% stake in Patencheru Industrial Park Private Limited (formerly known as Allcargo Logistics & Industrial Park Private Limited), Malur Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited, Venkatapura Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited, Kalina Warehousing Private Limited, and FRK II Industrial Park Private Limited (formerly known as Allcargo Multimodal Private Limited), pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation – I.

- Acquisition by our Company of 100% stake in Redhills Industrial Park Private Limited, Lakshmipathi Realtors Private Limited, SFW Pukkathurai Realtors Private Limited, Alotrion Warehousing Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing One Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Two Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Four Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Five Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Six Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Seven Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Eight Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Nine Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Ten Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Twelve Private Limited, Alotronix Warehousing Thirteen Private Limited, ILV Distripark Private Limited, (formerly known as Casa Grande Disripark Private Limited), ILV Distripark (Mappedu) Private Limited (formerly known as Casa Grande Mappedu Distripark Private Limited), LI Industrial Parks Private Limited, ILV Distripark (MWC) Private Limited, (formerly known as CGD Mappedu Private Limited), and 80% stake in Bhiwandi Industrial and Logistics Parks Private Limited, (formerly known as Bhiwandi Industrial & Logistics Parks Private Limited) and Banamakanahalli Industrial and Logistics Private Limited respectively pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation – II. 

- Acquisition of 65% stake in XSIO Logistics Parks Private Limited through Vidarbha Cargo Private Limited; 100% stake in Goodluck Buildtech Private Limited, Jindpur Industrial Park Private Limited, (formerly known as Anant Raj Hotels Private Limited) and Pluto Valencia Business Parks Private Limited by our Company and 80% stake in Juturna Developers Private Limited, Talegaon Industrial Parks Private Limited (formerly known as Nidar Industrial Park Pune Private Limited),Volumnus Developers Private Limited and Juturna-2 Industrial Parks Private Limited (formerly known as Greenbase Industrial Parks Private Limited) (wholly-owned subsidiaries of Juturna Developers Private Limited).

- Acquisition by our Company of 80% stake in KCP - 3 Industrial and Logistics Parks Private Limited, KCP - 2 Industrial and Logistics Parks Private Limited and Sriperumbudur Industrial and Logistics Private Limited; 65% stake in XSIO Industrial Parks Private Limited; and 51% equity stake in Onirique Builders and Developers Private Limited
