The Company was incorporated on 15th June 1962 at Bombay. The Company is engaged in manufacture of Spur gear chain pulley blocks, electric hoists of various capacities.

During October,92 the company entered into technical & financial collaboration agreement with Hernrich de Fries GmbH Germany.

2006

-Hercules Hoists Ltd has appointed Shri Mukul Upadhyaya & Shri Gaurav V Nevatia as Additional Directors by the Board of Directors of Company in their Meeting held on October 26, 2006.

-Hercules Hoists has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:1

2007

-Hercules Hoists Ltd has appointed Shri. Tushar P Shah as an Additional Director of the Company.

2008

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs1/-.

2009

-Hercules Hoists Ltd has proposed dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of Re 1/- fully paid-up

-Mr. Saroj R. Pal, Assistant General Manager - Finance and Accounts, has been appointed as 'Compliance Officer and Risk Officer'

2010

-Hercules Hoists Ltd has recommended dividend @ Rs. 2.00 per equity share of Rs. 1/- each
fully paid-up

-Mr. Shailesh V. Haribhakti has been appointed as an 'Alternate Director' to the Company

-The Company has received copy of NCLT court order pronounced on 19-12-2023 , (passed in the scheme application No. CA(CAA)/181/MB/2023) as received by the Company, in the related to scheme of demerger between Hercules Hoists Limited (Demerged Company) and Indef manufacturing Limited (Resulting Company).

2025

-Company name has changed to Hercules Investments Ltd. from Hercules Hoists Ltd..
