Our Company was incorporated as ÂD.H. Fire Protect Private Limited as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 24, 1997, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Pursuant to a board resolution dated December 15, 2004, and a shareholders resolution dated March 1, 2005, the name of our Company was changed to ÂHD Fire Protect Private LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 1, 2005, was issued by the RoC. Subsequently, pursuant to a board resolution dated May 31, 2025 and a shareholders resolution dated June 6, 2025, our Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂHD Fire Protect Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 19, 2025 was issued by the RoC.

1996
- M/s HD Fire Protect Co. was the first Indian fire protection equipment manufacturing firm to receive UL certification for deluge valve.
1997
- Incorporated as D.H. Fire Protect Private Limited.
2005
- Takeover of the partnership firm M/s HD Fire Protect Co.
- Name of our Company was changed to HD Fire Protect Private Limited from D.H. Fire Protect Private Limited.
- First Indian fire protection equipment manufacturing company to receive FM approval for firefighting monitors and monitor nozzles.
2006
- First regional sales office opened in New Delhi.
2022
- Received 2-star export house certification.
2023
- Expanded manufacturing facility to 8.50 acres.
2025
- Reached product distribution in over 90 countries.
- Our Company converted from a private limited company to a public limited company. Accordingly, the name of our Company was changed from HD Fire Protect Private Limited to HD Fire Protect Limited.
2026
- Incorporation of the subsidiary of our Company in Saudi Arabia, namely, HD Fire Protect Company
