The company was incorporated in the year 1989 on 12th of September, 1989 in the name of HOTEL SILVER PLAZA PRIVATE LIMITED, with the ROC-Mumbai, Maharashtra vide Registration No.11-53417 of 1989 and subsequently converted into a public limited company on 14th May, 1993, with the main object to carry on Hospitality Business and come forward with Public Issue in the 1997.
2000 - The Company has informed that, company having a three star hotel
at Surat in Gujarat named Hotel Lords Inn International has
entered into a marketing franchise agreement of its Hotel with
Sarovar Park Plaza.
2005
-Delist securities from the following stock exchanges:
1. Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd with effect from March 31, 2005;
2. The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd with effect from March 31, 2005; and
3. Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd with effect from March 30, 2005.
