The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 15-03-1993 with main objects as set out in its Memorandum of Association. It was converted into Public Limited by passing special resolution at the Extra Ordinary Meeting of the Company held on 1-5-1993 and consequently obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on 11-11-1993.
