Gracious Software Ltd. was originally incorporated in New Delhi as ÂGracious Software Private LimitedÂ on 4th

October, 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar

of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana. Our Company was subsequently converted

in to a public company and consequently name was changed to ÂGracious Software LimitedÂ (GSL) vide

fresh certificate of incorporation dated 19th November, 2013 issued by Registrar of Companies, National

Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.
