YEAR EVENTS
1994 - The Company was Incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 13th
December, in the state of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and obtained
certificate for commencement of business on 16th December.

- The Company is engaged in all kinds of financial activities and
services including providing Lease Finance, Hire Purchase,
Financing Construction activities, Bills discounting, and
Investment activities and tend to develop it as a professionally
managed company.

- The Company was promoted by Shri Gopaldas Bhojwani and Shri
Naresh Bhojwani.

1995 - The Company's public issue of 50,00,000 No. of equity shares of
Rs.10/- each for cash at par aggregating to Rs.500 lacs.

1998 - The Company has received Registration as Non Banking Financial
Company from Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Under Section 451A of
Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934
