2009

- Gloster Jute Mills Ltd has informed that Shri. Krutibas Mahapatra has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 27, 2009.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Gloster Jute Mills Ltd. to Gloster Ltd.

-The Company has recommended dividend @ 60%

2011

-Company has formed two Subsidiary Companies. a) Gloster Lifestyle Ltd. b) Gloster Specialities Ltd.

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 70% i.e. Rs. 7/- per equity share.

2012

-The Company recommends Special Dividend - "20 years of Gloster's Operations" of 100% i.e. Rs. 10/- per share, making a total dividend of 200% i.e. Rs. 20/- per equity share.

-The Company appointed Sri D C Baheti as Managing Director and Sri. Hemant Bangur, Director of the Company as Vice Chairman of the Company.
